SGM has well capitalized development  partners like The Benoit Group that can deliver "Urban Anchor projects" as catalyst for increasing investment surrounding underutilized properties.

SGM team members have significant large scale project experience to include  Infrastructure services, CM/PM work totaling nearly a billion dollars in Metro Atlanta, Miami and the Metropolitan Sewer District. Program Management and Land Acquisition services for the Birmingham Airport Authority Apron Rehabilitation, Runway extension and Terminal Modernization projects.  SGM has a long standing partnership with AG Gaston Construction that continues to grow and provide top notch services to its clients.

We work to connect good deals with SMART money (Tax Credits, Equity & Debt), recognizing that proper relationships can make or break the conditions that attract private capital.

In 2013 SGM assisted Regions Bank as they funded improvements at MILES College, a liberal arts institution and a Historically Black College outside Birmingham, Ala.  

Miles has a new welcome and admissions center, student dining and recreation center, and a new student dormitory thanks to a $10 million development loan from Regions. Regions also facilitated an additional $10 million in New Markets Tax Credits financing for these facilities.

We support numerous non profits, CDC's and Foundations such as our  local church, the Titusville Community Development Corporation, the A.G. Gaston Boys and Girls Club, the Naomi Truman Education Foundation and the NAACP to name a few.
